League One Volleyball announced four front-office additions for LOVB Austin on Sept. 17, with Allison Morrison named vice president of growth ahead of the team’s 2026-27 women’s volleyball season. Audrey Buchanan, Matt Morgan and Delaney Glosser also joined the organization in leadership roles covering brand and fan engagement, operations and community engagement, and social media.
The group will lead LOVB Austin’s commercial, marketing, event and community operations in the Austin market. The appointments establish a dedicated local presence for the back-to-back league champions as League One Volleyball prepares for its third season and expands to 10 professional markets. The 2026-27 season is scheduled to begin in December 2026.
LOVB Austin Adds Four Front-Office Leaders
Morrison will oversee commercial strategy, corporate partnerships, community and civic engagement, partnership revenue, ticketing growth and the organization’s growth foundation in Austin. She joins LOVB Austin from Meta, where she spent seven years supporting policy and election-related initiatives and advising senior leadership. Before joining Meta, Morrison worked as a legislative aide in the United States Senate.
Morrison is a UT McCombs alumna and former Harvard women’s track and field athlete. She serves on the City of Austin’s Environmental Commission and has lived in Austin since 2019. “Austin is one of the most dynamic and exciting sports markets in the country and I see tremendous opportunity for this city to embrace a professional women’s volleyball team,” Morrison said.
Buchanan was named senior director of brand and fan engagement. She previously supported LOVB Austin through League One Volleyball beginning with the team’s inaugural season and will lead brand, marketing and communications efforts in the Austin market. Before joining League One Volleyball, Buchanan was the assistant athletic director for Texas State University, overseeing marketing and fan engagement.
Morgan was named senior manager of operations and community engagement. He previously supported LOVB Austin through League One Volleyball beginning with Season 1 and will oversee match-day operations, the fan experience at H-E-B Center, community initiatives and youth club relationships. Morgan said volleyball has been a major passion in his life and that he is looking forward to helping build a professional organization in the city where he grew up.
Glosser was named social media manager after supporting LOVB Austin through League One Volleyball beginning with Season 2. She will lead the team’s social and digital content. Glosser graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Public Relations and supported social media and photography efforts for Texas Athletics.
