Embry-Riddle Eagles

The Embry-Riddle Eagles category covers Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University athletics at the NCAA Division II level. The program competes primarily in the Sunshine State Conference (SSC). Florida Sports Blog follows schedules, scores, recruiting, coaching changes, conference championships, NCAA postseason runs and notable achievements across the athletic department. Embry-Riddle's intercollegiate athletic program began in 1988-89 and grew into an NAIA power in The Sun Conference. The Eagles began transitioning to NCAA Division II and the Sunshine State Conference in 2015 and became full Division II members in 2017. Embry-Riddle won numerous NAIA titles before the move and has since added NCAA championship success, including a national title in women's rowing.
