The move was made ahead of Jacksonville’s scheduled football game on Oct. 18. The supplied announcement does not identify the opponent.
Jacob Bobenmoyer adds NFL experience
Bobenmoyer, 29, is a long snapper who wears No. 55. He is listed at 6 feet, 2 inches and 235 pounds and attended Northern Colorado. Bobenmoyer was originally signed by the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 draft.
Bobenmoyer spent the 2025 season with the Las Vegas Raiders and appeared in 17 games. He recorded four special teams tackles, including one solo tackle. He has played in 97 games with the Denver Broncos from 2020-22 and the Las Vegas Raiders from 2023-25, totaling 22 special teams tackles and one fumble recovery.
Bobenmoyer’s 22 special teams tackles trail only Ross Matiscik’s 25 among long snappers who entered the NFL in 2020. The comparison places Bobenmoyer behind Matiscik in that verified category. No additional game or opponent details were included in the announcement.
Jabbar Muhammad receives another elevation
Muhammad, 24, is a cornerback who wears No. 37. He is listed at 5 feet, 10 inches and 185 pounds and attended Oregon. The Jacksonville Jaguars originally signed him as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 draft.
Muhammad spent the 2025 season on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster for the previous two games before receiving this latest elevation. The transaction gives Jacksonville another practice-squad elevation ahead of its Oct. 18 game.
