The Marlins defeated the Pirates 8-2 Wednesday night at loanDepot park for their fourth consecutive victory. Agustín Ramírez collected two hits, while Griffin Conine and Heriberto Hernández hit home runs.
Right-hander Janson Junk delivered a quality start in the win. The Marlins adjusted their lineup following Liam Hicks’ departure and Kyle Stowers’ injury.
