Florida National University announced four athletic contests scheduled for Sept. 10-11, 2026, as part of its weekly schedule for Sept. 7-13. The schedule includes developmental men’s soccer, women’s soccer, men’s soccer and men’s and women’s cross country. All dates, times, locations and opponents are subject to change.
Soccer schedule
Florida National University developmental men’s soccer will play St. Thomas University JV at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Henry Milander Park, 4700 Palm Ave., in Hialeah. The developmental men’s soccer team enters with a 1-1-0 record after a 4-0 win over Miami Dade FC and a 1-0 loss to College Dreamers. The match is scheduled to take place at the Henry Milander Park facility.
Florida National University women’s soccer will play Warner University Thursday at Henry Milander Park in Hialeah. The team enters with a 0-4-0 record, while Sofia Lorusso has scored Florida National University’s lone goal through four matches. Warner University enters at 3-0-0 after a 6-1 win against LaGrange College, and live statistics are listed through the NAIA statistics scoreboard.
Florida National University men’s soccer will play (RV) St. Thomas University at 7 p.m. Thursday in Miami Gardens. The team enters with a 3-2-0 record and a three-game winning streak after a 3-2 win against Thomas University. Cross country meets Friday
Florida National University men’s and women’s cross country will compete Friday, Sept. 11, at the St. Thomas University Bobcat Invitational in Miami Gardens. The men’s race is scheduled for 6:15 p.m., followed by the women’s race at 7 p.m. Both programs are scheduled to compete at the same invitational.
Mario Martinez led Florida National University men’s cross country at the season-opening Keiser University Flagship Invitational with a time of 18:50.2. Lismar Bentancourt led the women’s team with a school-record time of 19:30.0. Martinez and Bentancourt were named conference runners of the week.
