FIU football will host the next 2026 edition of the Willie Simmons Coach’s Show at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, at Twin Peaks Doral. Corey Brooks will host the program, which will feature FIU head coach Willie Simmons.
Brooks and Simmons will discuss Panther football, recap the season-opening matchup at South Florida and preview FIU’s home opener against Buffalo on Saturday, Sept. 12. Wide receiver Maguire Anderson also will join the show after recording career highs in receptions and receiving yards in FIU’s season opener at South Florida.
The program will be livestreamed at fiusports.com/TwinPeaksLive. Twin Peaks Doral also will host watch parties for FIU’s away contests during the 2026 season.

Twin Peaks Doral will extend its Happy Hour deals until 7 p.m. for fans in the patio area. The offers include $1.50 off 22-ounce Peaks drafts and $1.50 off wine by the glass.
Promotional ticket giveaways will be held for attendees. Twin Peaks Doral also will offer $6 Heineken 22-ounce drafts during Monday Night Football.

- Nov. 21: Away game watch party for Kennesaw State, 3 p.m.
