The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Jan. 14, 2026, that Erin Andrews will return to headline the keynote session at the 2026 She is Football Career Summit, presented by Fifth Third Bank. The one-day event is scheduled for Friday, March 6, at Raymond James Stadium. It will open She is Football Weekend, presented by Jabil.
The keynote will include a live podcast recording with a special guest to be announced later. Andrews also will take part in conversations about her career, business and more. She is returning for the second consecutive year after participating in the previous year’s keynote session.
Career Summit details
The summit will feature female leaders from various industries, mentoring sessions and opportunities to connect with local and national female business leaders. Small-group breakouts will be held in spaces including the players’ locker room and press box. The 2026 event also will include new main stage sessions featuring thought leaders.
Andrews is the lead sideline reporter for the NFL on FOX and has been with the network since 2012. Originally from the Tampa area, she founded the women’s apparel line WEAR by Erin Andrews. She also co-hosts FOX’s competition show “99 To Beat,” which premiered in the United States last year.
Andrews previously co-hosted ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” for 11 seasons after competing on the show. She spent eight years as a host for ESPN’s “College Gameday” before joining FOX. The inaugural She is Football Career Summit sold out weeks in advance and brought together nearly 800 female leaders for mentorship and connection.
She is Football Weekend is a two-day celebration focused on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ mission of developing 50,000 female leaders annually through the power of sport. Saturday, March 7, will feature the She is Football 5K Run, Walk & Stroll at the AdventHealth Training Center. The event will offer one-mile and 5K options that travel through team facilities, including Raymond James Stadium, before finishing inside the AdventHealth Training Center Indoor Facility.
Saturday’s schedule also includes the She is Football Market, featuring local small businesses, and curated tours of the AdventHealth Training Center for girls to learn about roles within a professional sports organization. Florida’s top flag football talent will compete Friday and Saturday in the She is Football Invitational, which will feature eight of Florida’s top high schools. Ambetter, Coca-Cola Beverages of Florida, PT Solutions and The Baldwin Group are supporting sponsors for She is Football Weekend.
