Emily Marron signed a contract extension to remain University of Central Florida women’s golf head coach through the 2029-30 season, the university announced Sept. 16, 2026. Marron took over the program ahead of the 2012-13 season and has guided UCF to 11 NCAA regional appearances. University of Central Florida women’s golf competes in the Big 12 Conference.
Marron’s postseason success

During Marron’s tenure, UCF has produced four conference Freshman of the Year award winners, four Player of the Year award winners and 24 all-conference selections. Marron has earned two Coach of the Year honors. She will continue leading the program through the 2029-30 season.
“I’m incredibly grateful and honored to continue leading UCF women’s golf into the future. Thank you to Associate Athletics Director Tim Allen and Director of Athletics Terry Mohajir for your trust, support and belief in me and our program. I don’t take this opportunity lightly. Fifteen years at UCF has given me the privilege of coaching incredible young women, building a program I’m deeply proud of and being part of something bigger than golf.”
