Nova Southeastern University Athletics announced a multi-year corporate partnership with Angelo’s Pizzeria on Oct. 8, naming the business an official athletics partner for the Sharks. The agreement is designed to support NSU student-athletes, enhance fan experiences and strengthen community engagement across campus sports programs. The partnership connects the Fort Lauderdale-based athletics program with the Davie community.
Angelo’s Pizzeria will receive visibility through venue signage, game-day promotions and digital media integrations. Fans attending Shark home events also may participate in co-branded contests, ticket promotions and game-day offers. The activations will take place at Rick Case Arena, Amerant Bank Field and the NSU Baseball & Softball Complexes.
Partnership includes NSU home-event promotions
The partnership gives Angelo’s Pizzeria a presence across events involving Nova Southeastern University Athletics. The Sharks sponsor 18 intercollegiate athletic teams and compete in NCAA Division II and the Sunshine State Conference. Angelo’s Pizzeria also will collaborate with NSU Athletics on community outreach initiatives and local team hospitality.

Free pizza promotion for NSU students and employees
As part of the partnership launch, NSU students and employees who show a valid NSU ID can receive a free slice of cheese pizza from Oct. 5 through Oct. 10. The promotion also includes $10 discounted offers. The offer is tied to the partnership’s initial rollout for the NSU community.
Joe Parisotti, owner of Angelo’s Pizzeria, said the business views the agreement as an opportunity to support Nova Southeastern University Athletics and its fans. “As a local business rooted in the Davie community, joining forces with Nova Southeastern University Athletics is an incredible honor,” Parisotti said. “NSU has built a tradition of excellence both on the field and in the classroom, and we look forward to feeding Shark fans and fueling student-athletes all season long.”
