Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville reached the AFC Championship Game in only its second season in 1996 and returned after a 14-2 regular season in 1999, then produced another conference-title run in 2017. The Jaguars gave North Florida its first major-league franchise and remain one of the NFL's youngest organizations.
