Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Host 2026 She is Football Career Summit at Raymond James Stadium

August 26, 2026 · admin

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the second annual She is Football Career Summit on March 6, 2026, at Raymond James Stadium. Presented by Fifth Third Bank, the event marks the kickoff for the She is Football Weekend, presented by Jabil, a two-day celebration dedicated to supporting and developing 50,000 female leaders annually through the power of sport.

Career Summit Details and Impact

The She is Football Career Summit is designed to foster mentorship and connection among female leaders, featuring exclusive small-group breakout sessions in iconic stadium spaces such as the players’ locker room and the press box. New for 2026 are dynamic main stage sessions hosted by thought leaders intended to provide actionable insights and inspiration.

The inaugural event drew nearly 800 female leaders and sold out weeks in advance. Funds raised during the weekend will support programs aimed at reducing the dropout rate among girls in youth sports, addressing the significant disparity with boys’ participation.

Weekend Events Support Female Leadership in Sports

Following the summit on March 7, She is Football Weekend includes a 5K Run, Walk & Stroll at the AdventHealth Training Center, a market featuring local small businesses, and guided tours of the training facility designed to educate girls on roles within professional sports organizations.

The weekend also presents a two-day She is Football Invitational featuring eight of Florida’s top high school girls football teams competing at the AdventHealth Training Center and Raymond James Stadium.

Community and Sponsor Commitment

Scott Daigle, Regional President of Fifth Third Bank, emphasized the partnership’s mission: “The She is Football Career Summit reflects the shared mission of both our organizations to inspire and empower. Our commitment goes beyond the game. We invest in programs that strengthen our community and help develop the next generation of leaders.” Supporting sponsors for the weekend also include Ambetter, Coca-Cola Beverages of Florida, PT Solutions, and The Baldwin Group.
