The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host the Second Annual She is Football Career Summit, presented by Fifth Third Bank, on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Raymond James Stadium. This event kicks off the She is Football Weekend, presented by Jabil, a two-day celebration aimed at developing female leaders through the power of sport.
Event Details and Impact
The inaugural 2025 career summit sold out weeks in advance, attracting nearly 800 female leaders for a day focused on mentorship and connection. The 2026 summit will expand its offerings to include small-group breakouts held in exclusive stadium spaces such as the players’ locker room and press box, as well as dynamic main stage sessions led by thought leaders to inspire actionable insights.
Funds raised during the weekend will support initiatives to keep girls engaged in youth sports, addressing the high dropout rate among girls compared to boys. This mission aligns with the Buccaneers’ goal of developing 50,000 female leaders annually through sport.
Weekend Activities and Sponsors
Following the Career Summit, Saturday, March 7, will feature the She is Football 5K Run, Walk & Stroll at the AdventHealth Training Center, welcoming runners and walkers of all levels with both one-mile and 5K options. Additional activities include the She is Football Market offering local small business products, guided tours of the AdventHealth Training Center, and a two-day She is Football Invitational showcasing eight of Florida’s top high schools.
