ESTERO, Fla. 6 The Florida Everblades have signed forward Devon Paliani to a standard player contract for the 2026-27 ECHL season, the team announced on July 22.
Paliani, 29, arrives in Estero after an impressive sixth ECHL campaign last season with the Tahoe Knight Monsters. The right-shot forward tallied 32 goals and 33 assists for 65 points over 72 regular-season games, adding one assist in four playoff contests.
Known for both scoring and durability, Paliani has recorded over 30 goals in two consecutive seasons and has played all 72 games for three straight years. His professional career spans 317 ECHL games across several teams, including the Maine Mariners, Worcester Railers, Toledo Walleye, Reading Royals, Savannah Ghost Pirates, and Tahoe Knight Monsters. In total, he has amassed 98 goals and 106 assists for 204 points.
Prior to turning professional, Paliani played four seasons at Ryerson University in Toronto, contributing 34 goals and 38 assists in 98 collegiate games.
The Florida Everblades open their 2026-27 home schedule at Hertz Arena against the Orlando Solar Bears on October 17 at 7 p.m. ET. They will also host back-to-back games against the Atlanta Gladiators on October 23 and 24.
