Amoo-Mensah made his professional debut on March 8, 2026, against Chicago Fire FC II and has since appeared in 12 MLS NEXT Pro matches for Orlando City B, including eight starts. He recorded his first assist on March 14, 2026, providing the setup for Harvey Sarajian’s goal against Carolina Core FC after entering the match as a second-half substitute.
