Anton Khelil scored in the 10th minute as UNF defeated the University of South Florida men’s soccer team 1-0 Tuesday in Tampa, Fla. Geraldo Neto and Ugo Bertelli assisted on the goal, which remained the only score of the match. The result moved South Florida to 1-3-0, while UNF improved to 1-2-1.
UNF outshot South Florida 13-5, including a 6-3 advantage in the first half and a 7-2 edge in the second half. South Florida held advantages in corner kicks, 8-3, and saves, 3-0, but did not record a shot on goal during the match.
