Clovis Archange is back with Orlando City B as the team prepares to visit Chicago Fire FC II in MLS NEXT Pro action Saturday. The match is scheduled for 4 p.m. at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Ill.
Archange returned to Orlando City B’s lineup in Tuesday’s match against NYCFC II after representing Canada at the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship. The Orlando City SC defender played all 90 minutes in his first MLS NEXT Pro appearance since July 17 against Chattanooga FC.

Orlando City B has a 5-2-3 record across 10 all-time MLS NEXT Pro meetings with Chicago Fire FC II. Orlando City B defeated Chicago Fire FC II 2-1 on March 8 at Osceola Heritage Park. The teams played to a 2-2 draw on April 26 at SeatGeek Stadium, where Orlando City B claimed the extra point in the end-of-regulation shootout.
Academy players make professional debuts
Orlando City Academy U-17 midfielder Deshnick Nkeh and defender Landon Mellecker made their professional debuts for Orlando City B against NYCFC II on Aug. 11. Both players entered as second-half substitutes in the 77th minute.
Brady Kendall and Nicolas Torres made their first professional starts in that match. Kendall made his first professional start in his sixth appearance of the season, while Torres made his first professional start in his 11th appearance after recording his first professional assist against Huntsville City FC on June 13.
