The Marlins recalled right-hander Bradley Blalock and infielder Graham Pauley from Triple-A Jacksonville on Tuesday. The move was part of September’s roster expansion, increasing the club’s roster from 26 to 28 players. Both players joined the Marlins from Jacksonville.
The Marlins acquired Blalock from the Rockies for pitching prospect Jake Brooks in January. Blalock had not debuted with the Marlins at the time of the announcement. Pauley was also recalled as part of the roster expansion.
