University of Miami Athletics announced a new partnership with Ticketmaster that makes the company the official ticketing partner for the Miami Hurricanes’ four ticketed sports: football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and baseball. Miami Athletics announced the agreement July 1, 2026, in conjunction with Legends Global. The partnership will introduce a new ticketing platform for Hurricanes fans.

The platform is scheduled to launch Monday, July 6, 2026. Fans will be able to buy, sell, transfer and access tickets through Ticketmaster.com, MiamiHurricanes.com or the Miami Hurricanes app. Tickets for the upcoming football and basketball seasons will be available online when the platform launches.

Ticketing and fan-experience plans

Ticketmaster will work with University of Miami Athletics on fan-experience technology and promotional programming. The company also will serve as a community partner of the Miami Hurricanes. That role includes providing access to University of Miami athletic programs for underserved youth throughout South Florida.

Miami Chief Revenue Officer Jesse Marks said the partnership is intended to create a more connected ticketing experience for fans. “As University of Miami Athletics continues to grow in one of the world’s most dynamic sports and entertainment markets, our transition to Ticketmaster positions us to better serve our fans with a more seamless, innovative, and connected ticketing experience,” Marks said. “This partnership strengthens our ability to engage our community, enhance the game-day experience, and build a sustainable foundation for our future growth.”

Ticketmaster Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Sports Clay Luter said the company will support fans throughout the ticketing process. “Miami Athletics is one of college sports’ most storied programs, and we’re proud to bring our technology, expertise and longstanding presence in South Florida to support Hurricanes fans,” Luter said. “We’re focused on creating a seamless ticketing experience at every stage, from purchase through entry, while helping the University strengthen its engagement with fans and the community. We’re excited to begin this partnership and look forward to the season ahead.”
