Florida State released the 2026-27 schedules for its men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026. The schedule includes home meets in Tallahassee, road competition and championship events in multiple states.
Florida State will participate in the Garnet & Gold preseason meet on Sept. 18 before hosting the Seminole Fall Classic on Oct. 9-10. The teams will travel to Atlanta for the second annual Dual Meet Tournament hosted by Georgia Tech on Oct. 16-17, then return to Tallahassee for the All Florida Invite on Oct. 23.
Members of the team will compete at the USA SCM World Championship Trials in Westmont, Illinois, from Oct. 28-31. Florida State will then compete at South Carolina on Nov. 6 before returning to the Georgia Invite from Nov. 19-21.
2027 schedule includes Miami and Florida meets
The 2027 schedule begins with a home meet against Villanova on Jan. 5. Florida State will travel to College Station, Texas, on Jan. 8 to compete against Texas A&M and Auburn, and the women’s team will host Miami on Jan. 22.
Florida State leads the all-time series against Miami 33-15 and has won the previous 21 meetings dating to 1999. The regular season will conclude against Florida at Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training in Ocala on Jan. 29. The teams will meet in Ocala for the fifth consecutive season.
All Florida State home meets will be held at Morcom Aquatics Center in Tallahassee. The ACC Championships are scheduled for Feb. 16-20 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Championship events
Divers will seek to qualify for nationals at the NCAA Zone B Diving event in Knoxville, Tennessee, from March 6-10. The NCAA Championships will be held in Austin, Texas, at the Lee & Joe Jamil Texas Swimming Center. The women’s championships are scheduled for March 17-20, followed by the men’s championships from March 24-27.
